Toronto's River Tiber proves to be a force to be reckoned with.

We covered his music video release for "No Talk" not too long ago, the track we all know Drake sampled from. His musical style is an r&b infused amalgam of smooth sounds deep with soul, keepin you on your toes as you groove through it. Unlike other producers, River Tiber is on the come up through his original releases, but also through properly thought-out placements, like being the only guest on Toronto-rapper Jazz Cartier's critically acclaimed album, Hotel ParadiseMost recently, he is featured on two-songs from KAYTRANADA's forthcoming XL Records release, 99.9% -

Both of them have been collaborating together, seeing as though KAYTRANADA helped put some of his personal touch on River Tiber's most recent releases "Illusions" and "Gravity" which were released via Red Bull Sound Select. Fun fact: River Tiber is the first Canadian to release through this channel, and we couldn't be more proud of him.

Listen to his latest track, featuring Pusha T titled "Illusions" right here:

We decided to get to know him a bit better and hit him up via iMessage to talk about his current and upcoming releases. You can listen to "Gravity" after scrolling through our convo, which is the most recent release off his Red Bull Sound Select series.

Listen to "Gravity" here:
